Essentially, as you will be able to tell with the sample, there is almost no fibrillation on the fabric (hairy-like look). This is because our yarn is spun in a vacuum allowing the bonds of the fibres to remain as intact and tightly spun as possible.

Sample Orders

All sample orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The notification email will include tracking. Depending on which courier service you choose at checkout tracking visibility may differ.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders

All bulk/wholesale orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However all bulk/wholesale orders are made-to-order, this means that it will not be dispatched as soon as samples. The maximum lead time for bulk/wholesale orders is 4 weeks (guaranteed - check out guarantees page to find out more). With that being said, we always aim to fulfil our clients orders as soon as possible. Throughout the production process, you will be receiving e-mails updating you with what stage your order is along the production line. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
