WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you've received a dispatch e-mail your order is on its way.

If you can't find your dispatch email, check your spam folder. If still can’t locate your dispatch email, then your order is being fulfilled at our warehouse.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay (iOS only), Klarna and prepaid debit cards.

Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Delivery options will be shown at checkout. You have control over your preferred courier.
DO YOU OFFER STORE PICK UP?

Yes, we do. This can be arranged at checkout. However, please contact us prior to placing a store pick for your order. Due to the current COVID-19 precautions that have been put in place, it may not be possible as we are strictly following safety guidelines from the Government and World Health Organization.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. We currently are partnered with DPD, UPS and DHL for all international orders. You may choose your preferred courier at checkout.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Please send your item back in it's original box to the following address:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A typical refund will take up to 21 days.

WHEN IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED?
All orders are dispatched within three working days. If you have not received your tracking number/dispatch email and it has been longer than three working days, please email us on customer.service@chambersbyq.com
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All shipping times are specified on the checkout page. You are able to track your order via the link we send you with your dispatch confirmation.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All shipping charges are specified at checkout.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed you should receive an email with a link to track your order.

If you have not received this email and it has been longer than three working days since you placed an order, please email customer.service@chambersbyq.com quoting your order number.
WHAT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE?
Chambers By Q takes the wellbeing of its staff, customers, couriers and everyone involved within the supply chain extremely seriously. We ensure that we are strictly complying with the guidance issued by the Government and World Health Organization. In order to ensure compliance we have completed comprehensive risk assessments in and out of the workplace, by ensuring everyone involved in the supply chain takes the necessary precautions to safely fulfil your order.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, this is because your order was out of stock when we came to process the order. If this is the case, we will issue your refund straight away.
WHAT IS "KLARNA"?
Pay for your purchases over three equal 30 day instalments.

Pay nothing extra. If you make repayments on time, you'll only ever pay the price of the item you've purchased.

Simply select Klarna as your payment method at checkout and enter your preferred debit or credit card information. Klarna will bill this card every 30 days in three equal instalments.

All you need is:

A UK credit or debit card
To be over 18 years of age
A UK billing address
WHY AM I HAVING PAYMENT ISSUES?
Payment Error

If you're experiencing error messages when making a payment, ensure you have inputted the correct details by checking all the information correctly. If all the information is correct, contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us by going to the ‘Contact Us’ tab to submit details and we will investigate further. To help us solve the issue for you, please include as many of the following details as possible (don't worry if you're not very technical or are unsure about any of the below; just give us as much information as you can):

• What operating system you use (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows Vista, Mac OS X)
• What Internet Browser you are using or if via our App (e.g. Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
• What payment method you were trying (e.g. PayPal, Visa)
• A description of the problem and what time the problem occurred
• If you get an error message, please include it in your message to us Payment Declined

If your credit or debit card was declined, check to see if your card is expired, out of date or your card billing address is different to the billing address on your Chambers By Q order.

If the above doesn't help, your card issuer will have more information.

If using PayPal, please contact PayPal directly if your payment has been declined.
